Chicken, the basic dish for all.
Everyone knows about chicken and it is served in dishes around the world. Chicken meat is the most cooked of all poultry, is easy to prepare and can be cooked in hundreds of different ways. More importantly its white meat provides the protein, vitamins and minerals that each of us needs.
Chicken meat is affordable, has low fat content, and is easily digestible.
Our aim is to provide the right product in accordance with our client’s their needs. We pay special attention to breeding conditions and to the meat’s traceability. In order to understand all current regulations, here are our three categories of chicken with their breeding conditions:
Standard chicken
- Temperature controlled and adapted to animals.
- Lighting and regulary checked ventilation system.
- Regular checks on health and safety standards.
- The chickens are bred above ground.
Free range Label Rouge Chicken :
- Chickens are slaughtered at 81 days minumum
- Acess to a grassy and shady area outside
- Foodstuff must contain at least 75% cereals.
- The hen house must be at least 400m2 with11 chickens/m2 max.
Organic chicken
- Chickens are slaughtered at 81 days minimum.
- The hen house must be at least 480m2 with 10 chickens/m2 max.
- Foodstuff must contains at least 95% organic raw material.
